Background

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered in eVA and provide a five percent (5%) bid bond with their submission. Contractors must be licensed as either Class A or Class B contractors in Virginia based on the total value of their bids. Additionally, bidders are required to submit a Small Business Procurement Plan detailing participation by small businesses.
