Gateway and Wayfinding Signage Fabrication and Installation

Background
The City of Manassas Park is issuing an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the fabrication and installation of city entryway and wayfinding signage. The goal of this contract is to enhance the visibility and accessibility of the city through various signage types, including LED gateway signs, wayfinding signs, business/destination signs, and parking signs.

The project aims to provide clear guidance for residents and visitors alike, aligning with the city's mission to improve community infrastructure.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the fabrication, manufacture, delivery, and installation of the following signage: LED gateway signs, wayfinding signs, business/destination signs, and parking signs. The work includes all associated materials such as foundations, mounting hardware, installation services, and any related site work including Miss Utility coordination required for complete and functional installation.

The contractor must adhere to the designs and specifications provided in the attached sign mockup package (Appendices B, C, D). All equipment must be regularly maintained to ensure functionality.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective for one year from the date of execution.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed within the geographic boundaries of Manassas Park, Virginia.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide evidence of current corporate good standing or similar status for non-corporate entities. They must also submit a completed Bid Form along with affidavits confirming no conflict of interest or collusion. Additionally, bidders are required to have valid contractor licensing and insurance coverage as specified in Section 21 of the General Specifications of Contract.
