FRD WellFit/FRA Fitness Equipment Quick Quote 2025

Background
The Fairfax County Fire and Rescue Department (FRD) is seeking quotes for the purchase and delivery of gym and fitness equipment to support the WellFit/FRA program. The goal of this contract is to procure equipment that meets or exceeds the specifications of listed Rogue Fitness products, ensuring that all equipment is new and suitable for the department's fitness initiatives.

Work Details
The contract requires vendors to provide gym and fitness equipment, including but not limited to:

- Westside Scout Hyper v1.4 (4 units)
- Rogue V2 Bumper Stackers with Wheels (8 units)
- Rubber Hex Dumbbells in various weights (5LB, 10LB, 15LB, 20LB, 25LB, 50LB, 80LB, 90LB, 125LB)
- Vertical Plate Tree Wheel Set (1 unit)
- Resistance Bands (3’ with 0-35 lbs and 0-50 lbs)
- Iron Neck 3.0 Pro Bundle (2 units)
- Squat Wedges in various degrees (10, 20, and 30 degree)
- Regupol ½" Flooring (4x25’ Rolls) with adhesive.

All equipment must be new; refurbished or used items will not be accepted.

Period of Performance
The delivery of all equipment must be completed no later than June 15, 2025.

Place of Performance
Delivery must be made FOB Destination to Fire & Rescue Wellness Fitness Center located at 14725-D Flint Lee Road, Chantilly, VA 20151.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must submit an itemized quote attachment with their response that includes brand names and model numbers for each item proposed. Quotes should reflect unit prices and total costs for all items including any shipping or handling fees. If proposing equivalent products, detailed manufacturer specifications must be provided to demonstrate equivalency.
