The City of Richmond is accepting bids to provide general contracting services for the construction of the Fonticello-Carter Park Restroom Pavilion Renovation and Splash Pad project. The project primarily consists of work associated with the renovation of an approximately 1,300 square foot existing outdoor restroom pavilion and the installation of a new splashpad adjacent to the building.
