Fire Alarm Panel Replacement and Full Service Fire Suppression Testing

Background

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for replacing fire alarm panels at two specified facilities. This includes updating existing systems to meet current safety standards. Additionally, the contractor will provide full service fire suppression testing and maintenance for all four facilities involved in the project. Specific tasks include:

1) Replacement of fire alarm panels with part number NFS 3030 at Duffield and Haysi facilities;
2) Comprehensive testing of fire suppression systems;
3) Ongoing maintenance services to ensure functionality and compliance with safety regulations.

Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to commence upon award and must be completed by May 15, 2025.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at four facilities located in Bristol, Buchanan, Dickenson, and Lee counties in Virginia.
