The Fairfax County Park Authority (FCPA) is seeking a contractor to present a Fireworks Display at Lake Fairfax. The event is scheduled for Saturday, June 28, 2025, with a rain date of Sunday, June 29, 2025. The FCPA aims to provide an engaging and safe fireworks experience for the community.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for delivering a 20-minute fireworks display at Lake Fairfax Park. The display will include:
- Opening Barrage: 30 shells of 3-inch diameter and 12 shells of 4-inch diameter.
- Main Aerial Display: 250 shells of 3-inch diameter and 250 shells of 4-inch diameter.
- Grand Finale: 100 shells of multicolored chrysanthemum with salutes, 100 assorted color peony and chrysanthemum shells, 100 variegated color dahlia shells, and 100 silver titanium salutes with R.S.T.

The contractor must provide all materials, tools, equipment, labor, and safety equipment necessary for the display. They must also ensure the presence of at least one certified pyro technician on-site during the event. The contractor is required to deliver all materials to the 'point of fire' by 1 p.m. on the day of the display and must secure a utility cart for transporting fireworks from the staging area.
