Work Details
The contractor will provide an Event Registration and Management System that meets the following requirements: it must deliver an exceptional user experience, ensure accurate maintenance of financial records, maintain student learning records securely, and support various program configurations.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from May 6, 2025, until June 6, 2025.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must acknowledge receipt of any addendums posted for this solicitation.
Additionally, they must comply with Virginia Conflict of Interest Laws (Code of Virginia 2.2-3109) and disclose if any partners or employees are also employees of Virginia Tech or if there are immediate family members who are active, paid employees of Virginia Tech.
Bidders must also confirm if they are a Commonwealth of Virginia certified SWaM business.
