Background
The Virginia Department of Social Services (VDSS) is seeking to enhance its Human Resources service delivery model to support a culture of engagement and high performance.

The goal is to implement an integrated Human Resources Information System (HRIS) that meets the needs of a large government agency. This RFI aims to gather information from HRIS software vendors regarding available solutions, their capabilities, and integration options with existing systems such as Oracle PeopleSoft.

Work Details
VDSS requires an integrated HRIS solution that supports various business capabilities including: managing workforce personnel information, recruiting, onboarding, compensation, benefits administration, leave and attendance management, workforce planning, and HR metrics reporting.

The solution must integrate with existing platforms like CARDINAL (PeopleSoft), PageUp, COVLC (Learning Management), and BOX (Content Management).
