East County Part B PPEA RFP

Background
The Fairfax County Redevelopment and Housing Authority (FCRHA) and the Fairfax County Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) are seeking a qualified Developer to plan, design, construct, and operate the County-owned property known as East County Part B.
