DCR VSP - Sky Meadows Underground Fuel Storage Tank Repair Project

Background
The Commonwealth of Virginia's Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) is issuing this Quick Quote to solicit bids for the repair and updating of underground fuel storage tanks at Sky Meadows State Park, located in Fauquier County, VA.
The goal of this contract is to ensure compliance with environmental standards and enhance the safety and functionality of the fuel storage systems at the park.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, and supplies to perform the following services:
1. Install a new overfill protection device on the diesel fuel underground storage tank (UST).
2. Install a new interstitial brine sensor on the diesel fuel UST.
3. Install replacement sump boots on all product supply lines, with one boot required per manhole.
4. Install a new exterior audible alarm on the existing Veeder-Root TLS350 Automatic Tank Gauging System, including removal and disposal of the existing inoperable alarm.
5. Conduct tank top containment sump testing to meet or exceed Virginia Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) compliance standards.

Mandatory Bid Facilities include two underground storage tanks: one gasoline UST and one diesel UST, along with associated equipment.

Period of Performance
The contractor must complete all work by April 30, 2025.
