Background
The Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) is seeking to procure Arlon printing materials for use in Virginia State Parks. The goal of this contract is to conduct a one-time purchase of specific Arlon materials that meet the agency's specifications for quality and performance.

3. 3 Rolls of Arlon 54" X 150'-2MIL-WHITE-GLOSS SLX PLUS CAST WRAP.
- Exact item only, no substitution.
- Condition: New/Unused.
- Delivery condition: Sealed original packaging.

Period of Performance
Delivery is required within 7 days of the award of the bid or as approved by the agency upon award.

Place of Performance
Delivery must be made to Pocahontas State Park, located at 10301 State Park Road, Chesterfield VA 23832.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be DSBSD-certified micro businesses or small businesses to qualify for award priority if their bids are under $10,000 or $100,000 respectively. Bidders must also register in the eVA system and comply with all applicable insurance requirements including workers' compensation and general liability coverage.
