Background
The Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) is seeking to procure a new boat and trailer for Smith Mountain Lake State Park. The goal of this contract is to furnish and deliver a Carolina Skiff E18 JVX Center Console equipped with a Mercury 60 HP engine and a suitable trailer, ensuring compliance with specified requirements and standards.

The contractor will provide the following:
