Work Details
The selected firms will provide Learning Design and Development Services on an as-needed basis, which include:

- Course and program development for online and hybrid delivery
- Faculty partnership and support
- Quality assurance and continuous improvement
- Accessibility compliance and remediation
- Educational media production
- Technology integration
- Project management
- Support for program launch activities.

The services may involve full end-to-end course development or targeted design/media support, ensuring alignment with UVA's instructional design principles.

Period of Performance
The initial term of any resulting Award Agreement is expected to be five (5) years, with the possibility of renewal for up to two (2) additional years.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed primarily at the University of Virginia located in Charlottesville, Virginia.

Bidder Requirements
Firms must have a Supplier Account with Workday Strategic Sourcing to submit proposals. They are encouraged to demonstrate experience in higher education settings, particularly in providing similar services.

Additionally, firms should outline their approach to partnering with faculty, commitment to accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA or higher), project management capabilities, innovation in educational technology use, and small business status if applicable.
