The City of Fairfax ( City or Owner ) is soliciting competitive bids from licensed, qualified firms for the Work as described in Attachment 4 Fairfax Old Town Hall Bid Set Specs Summary (Section 01 10 00). The awarded Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, tools, material, transportation and resources necessary to complete the described Work in accordance with the Contract Documents.This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the guidelines of the Competitive Sealed Bidding method of contractor selection per Fairfax City Purchasing Resolution, which is incorporated herein by reference.All bids submitted shall be binding for sixty (60) calendar days following the bid opening date, unless extended by mutual consent of both parties. All references to the Owner shall be interpreted to mean the City of Fairfax, Virginia.
