Background

The goal of this contract is to acquire, implement, and deploy a comprehensive Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) system to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and transparency of property assessment processes.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for:

1. Selection and acquisition of CAMA software.

3. Data migration from legacy systems including detailed descriptions, valuations, sales, and appeal data.

5. Implementation, testing, and go-live support.
6. User training and support including comprehensive role-specific training for appraisers/assessors, administrative staff, and IT/system administrators.
7. Deliverables include a fully licensed CAMA software system, data migration documentation, user manuals, technical documentation, training materials, and go-live support for at least one year post-implementation maintenance.
