Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for:
1. Selection and acquisition of CAMA software.
2. System configuration and customization.
3. Data migration from legacy systems including detailed descriptions, valuations, sales, and appeal data.
4. Integration with County GIS, permitting, public works, billing, and courthouse systems.
5. Implementation, testing, and go-live support.
6. User training and support including comprehensive role-specific training for appraisers/assessors, administrative staff, and IT/system administrators.
7. Deliverables include a fully licensed CAMA software system, data migration documentation, user manuals, technical documentation, training materials, and go-live support for at least one year post-implementation maintenance. Project management reports will be provided throughout the project duration.
Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon execution and will continue through the implementation phase with ongoing support expected for a minimum of one year post-implementation.
