Cleaning/Removal Services for Foreclosed Properties

Background
The Department of Taxation (Virginia Tax), an agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia, is seeking qualified firms to provide cleaning and removal services for foreclosed properties across various regions in Virginia. The goal of this contract is to ensure that these properties are properly cleaned and maintained following foreclosure.

Work Details
The contractor will provide cleaning and removal services for commercial properties in four distinct regions of Virginia: Western, Northern, Central, and Eastern. Each region has a specified hourly labor rate that includes all necessary materials and personnel for clean-out services. The work will be performed during a standard 8-hour shift from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The specific lots are as follows:
- LOT 1: Western Region (Roanoke, Bluefield, Blacksburg, Harrisonburg)
- LOT 2: Northern Region (Alexandria, Manassas, Fairfax, Falls Church, Arlington, Leesburg, Fredericksburg, Loudoun, Middleburg, Prince William)
- LOT 3: Central Region (Charlottesville, Ashland, Culpepper County, Farmville, Petersburg, Richmond and surrounding counties)
- LOT 4: Eastern Region (Hampton, Newport News, Norfolk, Cape Charles, Chesapeake, Portsmouth and Virginia Beach)
- LOT 5: Travel Rate for transportation to and from work sites including related expenses.

Period of Performance
The contract will be executed over a specified period as determined by the agency's needs.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various foreclosed properties located throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia across the specified regions.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide their Virginia State Corporation Commission (SCC) registration information. They must also comply with confidentiality regulations regarding taxpayer information as outlined by state and federal laws.
