Background
The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) for the construction of an Electric Vehicle Charging Station at their Central Office Complex located in Richmond, Virginia.

Work Details
The project involves the installation of an electric vehicle charging station in Parking Lot No. 14 at 1221 E. Broad St., Richmond, VA 23219.

The work includes all necessary construction activities as outlined in the plans and specifications developed by Virginia A&E. This encompasses site preparation, installation of charging equipment, electrical connections, and any required landscaping or site restoration as per the provided specifications.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon issuance of the Notice to Proceed and is expected to be completed within thirty (30) days after that date.

The work will be performed at the Central Office Complex located at 1221 E. Broad St., Richmond, VA 23219.
