Background
The City of Virginia Beach is soliciting proposals from vendors interested in serving as the City’s Cell Tower Lease Consultant. The vendor must have recent cell tower lease experience, including fair market value evaluations, property assessments, carrier negotiations, site location and future expansion assessments, ground space leasing, cell tower site selection, and cellular site feasibility audits. The City currently has approximately 1-5 rooftop/tower sites. In addition to consulting services, the vendor may be required to provide a report evaluating the City's existing Cell Tower sites and Leasing Program and make recommendations to maximize market competitiveness and future leasing opportunities.
Work Details
