Background
The Commonwealth of Virginia is issuing a solicitation for the renewal of the Burp Suite Professional License. This contract aims to ensure continued access to the Burp Suite Professional software, which is essential for security testing and vulnerability assessments.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide a renewal license for Burp Suite Professional for the term from June 1, 2025, until May 31, 2026.

All necessary electronic catalogs (price lists) must conform to the eVA Catalog Interchange Format (CIF) Specification. Failure to provide an electronic catalog may result in rejection of the bid or termination of the contract for default.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from June 1, 2025, until May 31, 2026.

Place of Performance
The services will be delivered electronically as part of the software licensing agreement.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered in the eVA system prior to award. The award will favor DSBSD-certified micro businesses for bids up to $10,000 and small businesses for bids not exceeding $100,000.

Bidders must also comply with all requirements set forth in the solicitation regarding electronic catalogs.
