Branded Apparel

Background
The Albemarle County Public Schools (ACPS) is seeking to establish a contract for the purchase of non-uniform branded apparel.
The goal of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to facilitate competitive negotiation for the acquisition of these items, which will be made available to the County of Albemarle and the public through an online portal.

Work Details
The contract includes the provision of various types of branded apparel, specifically:
- 100% Cotton Short Sleeve T-Shirts in multiple sizes
- 100% Polyester Polo shirts
- 50% or more Cotton Hooded Sweatshirts.
Each item will require branding through embroidery or screen printing, with pricing structured based on quantity and logo specifications.
The proposal must include all related fees such as set-up fees, imprinting fees, embroidery fees, and shipping costs.
Detailed pricing sheets are required for each type of apparel, including base prices and costs for additional colors in logos.
The estimated quantities are per school and not a minimum order quantity (MOQ).

Period of Performance
The contract period is set for one year from the final execution date, with an option to renew for up to four additional one-year terms at the sole discretion of Albemarle County Public Schools.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed and products delivered within Albemarle County, Virginia.
