Banking Services for New Kent County RFP#24-2102TR

Background
The purpose of this Request for Proposal is the procurement of Banking Services for New Kent County, Virginia to become effective as of July 1, 2024. The resulting contract shall be for an initial period of five (5) years, with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year periods based on written mutual agreement of both parties.
The requested services are to be performed consistent with the terms and conditions herein set forth.

Work Details
New Kent County is seeking the services of a qualified vendor to provide Banking Services on an as-needed basis. All proposals shall be made on the basis of, and either meet or exceed the requirements contained herein.
The specific services required include zero balance checking account, deposit accounts, account reconciliation services, stop payments, positive pay, online banking, remote deposit capture product, physical deposit pick up, NSF item handling/deposit items returned, direct deposit services, balance reporting, deposit slips, ACH deposit in general and from the Treasurer of Virginia, electronic escrow reporting, other services such as letters of credit and special banking services, fees for services including compensating balances and direct charges to fund all bank service charges.
