Work Details
The contract requires the provision of Cairns 1836 Helmets with specific configurations as follows:
- 34 units of Cairns Red 1836 Helmets with NFPA Scotchlite Carved Leather Bourkes in Red/Orange Eagle.
- 15 units of Cairns White 1836 Helmets with NFPA Scotchlite Carved Leather Bourkes in Red/Orange Eagle.
- 131 units of Cairns Black 1836 Helmets with NFPA Scotchlite Carved Leather Bourkes in Red/Orange Eagle.
These quantities are estimates for initial purchase and may be adjusted prior to issuance of a purchase order. The helmets are specified as 'No Substitute', meaning only the exact model will be accepted. The County reserves the right to purchase additional quantities or similar configurations during the contract term at awarded prices.

Period of Performance
The initial contract period will be for one year from the date of award, with options for four additional one-year renewals at the County's discretion.

Bidder Requirements
