Aquatics & Fisheries Research Center Roof Replacement

Background
The Aquatics & Fisheries Research Center is undertaking a project to replace the existing roof system as part of its maintenance and improvement efforts. The goal of this contract is to ensure the facility is protected from environmental elements through a new, durable roofing system.

Work Details
The project involves the removal of an existing roof system covering an area of 2,304 square feet down to the roof deck. This will be followed by the installation of a fully adhered 90-mil roofing system, which includes all associated work necessary for a complete and functional roofing solution.

Period of Performance
The contract work is scheduled to begin after the bid closing date on March 14, 2025. Specific timelines for completion are outlined in the project manual.

The work will be performed at the Aquatics & Fisheries Research Center located at 1710 Research Drive.
