Annual Fire Extinguisher Service Contract - SFTY

Background
The Hampton Roads Sanitation District (HRSD) is seeking a contractor to provide annual fire extinguisher services. The HRSD's mission is to protect public health and the waters of Hampton Roads by treating wastewater effectively. The goal of this contract is to ensure that all fire extinguishers within HRSD facilities are properly maintained and serviced in compliance with safety regulations.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide annual fire extinguisher services, including inspection, maintenance, and testing of all fire extinguishers within HRSD facilities. This includes ensuring that all fire extinguishers are in proper working condition, have the correct pressure, and are compliant with safety regulations. The contractor must also provide any necessary repairs or replacements as needed.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is one year, with the option for renewal for up to four additional one-year periods.

Place of Performance
The contract work will be performed at various HRSD facilities located within the Hampton Roads area.
