Administration of Virginia Solar for All Single-Family and Multi-Family Sub-Programs

Background
Virginia Energy is seeking Administrators for the Virginia Solar for All Single Family and Multi-Family Sub-Programs. The goal of this contract is to facilitate the implementation of solar energy solutions for both single-family and multi-family homes in Virginia, thereby promoting renewable energy usage and supporting the state's energy goals.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for administering the Virginia Solar for All Single Family and Multi-Family Sub-Programs. This includes overseeing program operations, managing participant enrollment, ensuring compliance with program guidelines, and reporting on program performance.

Specific tasks may include outreach to potential participants, coordination with solar providers, and management of financial incentives related to solar installations.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of 12 months with options for renewal for successive one-year periods upon written agreement from both parties.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed within the Commonwealth of Virginia, specifically targeting areas where single-family and multi-family homes are located.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must submit a Small Business Subcontracting Plan as part of their proposal. The plan should demonstrate efforts to engage DSBSD-certified small businesses, including women-owned, minority-owned, and service-disabled veteran-owned businesses.

Additionally, bidders must provide their State Corporation Commission identification number if applicable and comply with E-Verify requirements if they have more than 50 employees.
