407774 - THP Digester Screening Parts - ATP

Background
The Hampton Roads Sanitation District (HRSD) is issuing this solicitation for the purchase of THP Digester Screening Parts for the Atlantic Treatment Plant located at 645 Firefall Drive, Virginia Beach, VA 23454. The purpose of this Request for Quote (RFQ #407774) is to establish a contract through competitive bidding for these parts. The contractor will be required to furnish replacement parts specifically for the CAMBI THP system, adhering strictly to the specifications provided in the solicitation.

The contractor shall supply and deliver the following replacement parts for the CAMBI THP system:

5. Coupling pin P/N TH C151 2900 - Quantity: 4 Each
6. Shaft pin P/N SB B091 2920 - Quantity: 2 Each
7. C1AN Drive Shaft P/N SF C10M 3250 - Quantity: 1 Each
8. Driveshaft P/N SB C10N 3200 - Quantity: 1 Each
9. Sleeve P/N SF C151 - Quantity: 1 Each
10. Socket cap screw P/N A117382F - Quantity: 2 Each
11. O ring P/N S304900P - Quantity: 4 Each
12. Freight costs must be bid as a firm fixed cost and shall NOT EXCEED the amount specified.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is expected to be completed by July 28, 2025.

Place of Performance
The geographic location for performance is at the Atlantic Treatment Plant, located at 645 Firefall Drive, Virginia Beach, VA.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered suppliers with HRSD to submit a bid through their online Oracle ERP system 'iSupplier Portal'. The contractor must provide parts manufactured by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or equal parts that meet or exceed OEM specifications. All parts must be new and of first-class quality; used or rebuilt parts will not be accepted.
