407568-2 - Huber Step Screen Parts - JRTP

Background
The Hampton Roads Sanitation District (HRSD) is issuing this solicitation to procure Huber Step Screen spare parts for the James River Treatment Plant. The goal of this contract is to ensure the availability of necessary parts for the maintenance and operation of the treatment facility, thereby supporting HRSD's mission to provide effective wastewater treatment services.

Work Details
The contractor shall supply and deliver the following Huber Step Screen parts:

1) Elbow Lever, Poly Bushing, 20 MM, Huber Technology P/N SP-302903 (8 Each);
2) Plate, 358x75x5, Huber P/N 507458 (4 Each);
3) System, Guidance, SSF 5000, R.T20, Huber P/N 51075229 (1 Each);
4) System, Guidance, SSF 5000, L.T20, Huber P/N 10136463 (1 Each);
5) Sleeve Huber P/N 52112744 (1 Each);
6) Ring, Retaining, DIN 471 50X2.00, P/N 702330 (4 Each);
7) Nut, Hexagon, DIN 934 M12, P/N 702839 (32 Each);
8) Bearing, Flange, 50 MM, Huber Technology P/N 700501 (3 Each);
9) Switch, Proximity, IFM Electronic P/N 704568 (2 Each).

Freight costs must be bid as a firm fixed cost and shall not exceed the amount specified. If no charge for freight is applicable, please enter $0.01 for bid submission purposes only.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is expected to be completed by April 17th, 2025.

Place of Performance
The delivery location for the parts is the James River Treatment Plant at 111 City Farm Road, Newport News, VA 23602.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be authorized to transact business in Virginia and are required to submit their responses online through HRSD's Online Oracle ERP system. Additionally, bidders must provide a minimum of four recent references for similar goods/services provided.
