407558 - Channel Flights, Chain Strands, Sprockets - BHTP

Background
The Hampton Roads Sanitation District (HRSD) is seeking to establish a contract through competitive bidding for the purchase of Channel Flights, Chain Strands, and Sprockets for the Boat Harbor Treatment Plant located at 300 Terminal Avenue, Newport News, VA 23607.
The goal of this solicitation is to ensure the successful contractor can furnish and deliver the required components for the Primary Clarifier System.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish and deliver the following items:
1. 3x8 'C' Channel Flight, 223.50', Blank, FRP - Quantity: 32 Each (Part No: 10001060-027)
2. NCS-720S Chain Strand, 9.5 Feet - Quantity: 130 Each (Part No: 10000275-058)
- Total required is 950 feet (100 sections).
3. Variable Drive Sprocket Flight, Take up - Quantity: 6 Each (Polychem P/N 661-22114-002, Bore: 1.5')
4. Pin, Shear - Quantity: 6 Each (Polychem P/N 10000221-001)
5. Freight costs must be bid as a firm fixed cost and shall not exceed the amount specified; if no charge for freight, enter $0.01 for bid submission purposes only.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to be fulfilled by March 28, 2025.

Place of Performance
The delivery location for all items is the Boat Harbor Treatment Plant at 300 Terminal Avenue, Newport News, VA 23607.
