Background
The Pamunkey Regional Jail Authority, located in Hanover County, Virginia, is seeking to establish a term contract for the provision of food products for inmates. This Invitation for Bids (IFB) is issued by the Finance and Management Services Department/Purchasing Division of Hanover County. The goal is to ensure that inmates receive adequate nutrition through quality food products.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for delivering food products to the Pamunkey Regional Jail Authority. Key requirements include:
- Deliveries must occur at least twice a week, with additional deliveries possible upon request.
- Delivery days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday during specified hours (8:00 A.M. to 10:30 A.M. or 1:30 P.M. to 3:00 P.M.).
- The contractor must work with jail staff to establish ordering methods and schedules.
- There is no minimum order requirement per delivery.
