Background
The City of Newport News, Virginia is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) to establish a contract with a qualified contractor for the rehabilitation of Pump Station No. 4 Sewer Gravity Basin. The goal of this contract is to ensure the completion of necessary work and materials as specified in the IFB.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for furnishing and providing all work and materials required for the completion of the Pump Station No. 4 Sewer Gravity Basin rehabilitation project. Specific tasks include but are not limited to: assessing the current condition of the pump station, performing necessary repairs, upgrading systems as needed, and ensuring compliance with all relevant specifications outlined in the IFB.
