Background
The Jamestown-Yorktown Foundation, an agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia, administers two living history museums: Jamestown Settlement and the American Revolution Museum at Yorktown.

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to establish a contract with a qualified contractor to provide digital/mobile account and buying services that will strategically position these museums as essential attractions in the Williamsburg, Hampton Roads, and Richmond regions.

The agency is preparing for a major commemoration in 2026, marking the 250th anniversary of the American Revolution.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive digital advertising services including:
1. Utilizing AI to identify and target high-potential customer segments across various digital channels.
2. Implementing and managing annual/seasonal/themed digital/mobile advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google AdWords, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and other social media.
3. Developing and executing digital media plans.
4. Assigning a Google-certified account executive to manage the account.
5. Adapting advertising creative provided by JYF for various platforms.
6. Conducting ongoing creative testing for effective campaigns.
7. Collaborating on future advertising campaigns and working with JYF's website management firm.
8. Implementing new branding and developing new creative as needed within budget constraints.
9. Making recommendations on emerging digital/mobile media options and technologies.

Period of Performance
The contract term is five years with two optional two-year renewals, commencing from April 7, 2025.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed primarily in Williamsburg, Virginia.
