Background
The Jamestown-Yorktown Foundation (JYF), an Agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia, is seeking a new ticketing and reservations software solution for a museum environment. The current admissions, reservations, and ticketing system is nearly 20 years old and lacks the capacity to adapt to modern technological innovations.

The new solution aims to enhance customer experience, improve operational efficiency, and support user-driven decision-making with advanced reporting and analytics capabilities. JYF administers two living-history museums that attract nearly 500,000 visitors annually.

Work Details
The selected supplier will provide a modern, scalable, and user-friendly ticketing and reservations software solution that includes:

- Advanced reporting capabilities for data-driven decision-making.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award in January 2025 and will continue through the implementation phase, which is expected to be completed within a timeline agreed upon during contract negotiations.
