Background
The Jamestown-Yorktown Foundation, an agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia, operates two state educational museums, Jamestown Settlement, and the American Revolution Museum at Yorktown (ARM@Y) and a Central Support Complex (CSC). The Agency intends to obtain Generator Set Maintenance Services for three locations located at 2110 Jamestown Road, Williamsburg, VA – 200 Water Street, Yorktown, VA – 200 Hawks Nest Drive, Williamsburg, VA.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary to fully maintain all generators at the specified locations. The Contractor shall service various generator sets at different locations with specific kW & voltage, make & model, and serial numbers. The scope of work includes general requirements and generator maintenance such as changing engine oil and filters, providing quarterly preventive maintenance visits for emergency power systems, conducting load bank testing on generators as needed, and ensuring qualifications of the Contractor's personnel.

Place of Performance
The contract work will be performed at three locations: 2110 Jamestown Road, Williamsburg, VA; 200 Water Street, Yorktown, VA; and 200 Hawks Nest Drive, Williamsburg, VA.
