24-425-159 Walkway Brick and Mortar Repair

Background
The Jamestown-Yorktown Foundation (JYF), an agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia, intends to establish a contract with one qualified vendor to provide walkway repair at Jamestown Settlement. The agency operates two state educational museums, Jamestown Settlement, and the American Revolution Museum at Yorktown (ARM@Y) and a Central Support Complex (CSC). The purpose of the contract is to repair areas that pose trip and fall hazards at Jamestown Settlement.

Work Details
The scope of work includes various tasks such as demo pavers and mortar bricks, removing tree roots causing raised pavers, removing/replacing pavers and mortar bricks, removing trip hazard boarder pavers, and reinstalling pavers and mortar bricks at the front/rear of the facility. An MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held at the Jamestown Settlement Museum. The contractor must communicate with the Agency through the Procurement Officer, Tammy McCormick.

Place of Performance
The contract work will be performed at Jamestown Settlement located at 2110 Jamestown Rd, Williamsburg, VA 23185.
