The contract requires the delivery of a new 2026 Fully Enclosed Edison Pilot Electric Security Cart, which must meet the following specifications:

- Body: Modified PP engineering plastic with aluminum alloy reinforced door frame
- Front windshield: Laminated safety glass with wipers
- Seats: Ergonomic and blow-molded
- Lighting: LED system including bellow warning lights, low/high beam headlights, and reflectors
- Roof: Injection molded from PP material used in automotive engineering
- Floor: Aluminum profile non-slip, high strength structure, corrosion resistant, aging resistant
- Mirrors: Adjustable and foldable side mirrors
- Safety features: Retractable seat belts and auto-lock parking brake
- Dash features: Molded instrument panel with LED speedometer, multiple cup holders, double USB ports, and 12V power supply
- Braking system: Four-wheel hydraulic disc brake with electromagnetic parking brake
- Suspension: Swing arm independent front suspension with coil springs and hydraulic shock absorbers; rear suspension includes coil springs with stabilizing bar
- Tires: 26x10 R14 vacuum radial tires (optional off-road)
- Motor: AC Motor 72V 5KW powered by a 72V charger.
