2026 Commencement Staging, Flooring and Seating Reissue

Background
This solicitation is issued by Richard Bland College for the rental of equipment and services necessary for the commencement ceremony scheduled on May 16, 2026. Work Details
The contractor will provide the following services and items:

1. Stage Rental and Skirting: A professional-grade stage with necessary accessories and configurations as per event specifications, including tents for shade as referenced in attached pictures.

2. Flooring Rental: Delivery and installation of suitable flooring to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal.

3. Chair Rental: High-quality chairs to accommodate attendees, ensuring comfort and style.

4. Delivery and Setup: All items must be delivered and set up no later than 2:00 PM on May 15, 2026, allowing ample time for installation and adjustments.

5. Take Down: Efficient disassembly and removal of all rented items must occur no later than noon on May 17, 2026. Vendors must bid on all items to be considered for award.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence with setup on May 15, 2026, and conclude with the take down of equipment by noon on May 17, 2026.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Richard Bland College, located in Virginia.

Bidder Requirements
