Description

Sealed bids are invited for the Raven Road Parking Area and Residence Demolition project, Crow's Nest Natural Area Preserve, 201 Raven Rd., Stafford, VA 22554The project is described as: Demolish the entire existing one-story building, including its associated wood deck, fence, utilities, foundation, and gravel driveway. construct a new gravel parking area with a capacity for 21 vehicles, including one (1) ADA van-accessible concrete parking space and one (1) Electrical Vehicle Parking Space (EVPS) along with one (1) Level 1 Electrical Vehicle Charging Station. Construction of a gravel access road. Designate an area for an ADA-accessible portable toilet. Install two automatic electrical gates one at the main site entrance (site 1) and the other at the site 2 entrance along with their associated low voltage circuits from the power poles. Construct two stormwater management dry swales and install four-board fences along the property line adjacent to Raven road, according to plans and specifications. Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered vendors in eVA and hold a valid VDOT Advanced Work Zone Traffic Control (WZTC) certification at the time of submitting the VDOT Land Use Permit application. A Bid Bond is required for submission.
