Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract or contracts through competitive negotiation for the purchase of consulting services to provide data collection analysis of Model Inventory of Road Elements (MIRE) by the Virginia Department of Transportation
Background
The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT), part of the Commonwealth of Virginia, is seeking proposals for consulting services to conduct data collection and analysis related to the Model Inventory of Road Elements (MIRE).

Bidder Requirements
Offerors must submit a Small Business Subcontracting Plan if they are not certified as a small/micro business by the Commonwealth of Virginia's Department of Small Business and Supplier Diversity (DSBSD).
Proposals must include documentation such as the State Corporation Commission Form and a Proprietary/Confidential Information Summary Form.
