Virginia Tech is seeking responses to provide digital advertising services. The Virginia Tech Communications and Marketing team seeks to align digital advertising to drive brand consistency, increased advertising performance, and efficiency across paid media at the University.

Work Details
The digital advertising partner must provide media placement services including paid search (Google, Bing, Yahoo), social media ads (Meta, LinkedIn, SnapChat), display banners ads, native ads, video ads (YouTube, pre-roll, connected TV, OTT), and audio ads. The partner must have extensive experience with brand awareness, enrollment, engagement, events, fundraising, and licensing/product marketing initiatives. The proposal should include a detailed pricing schedule and first-party and third-party data targeting capabilities.

Period of Performance
The term of the contract is for one year with an option for four one-year renewals. The contract will be performed over the specified time frame.
