Background
The Division of Purchasing is issuing a solicitation for the White City Community Center and Big Bear Park Sustainability Plan.

This initiative aims to enhance sustainability practices within these community facilities, aligning with the agency's mission to promote efficient and environmentally responsible public services.

Work Details
The contract will involve professional engineering services, including but not limited to: civil engineering, landscape consulting, programming/master planning, architectural and engineering design/consulting, inspection certification services, testing/geotechnical services, hazardous materials service, and commissioning services.

The contractor will be responsible for developing a comprehensive sustainability plan that addresses environmental impacts and promotes sustainable practices at the White City Community Center and Big Bear Park.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to commence upon award and will remain in effect until the completion of the sustainability plan.

The close date for submissions is set for November 15, 2024.

The work will be performed at the White City Community Center and Big Bear Park.
