Wasatch Peaks Ranch Road & Fire District- Road Striping

Background
The Wasatch Peaks Ranch Road & Fire District (District) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to perform roadway centerline striping. This project aims to enhance road safety by marking designated residential properties within the district's service area in Morgan County, Utah. The contract will be executed under the terms outlined in this RFP and an accompanying Infrastructure Construction Agreement.

Work Details
The contractor will apply double yellow epoxy centerline along approximately 30,959 linear feet of two-lane roadway. Responsibilities include asphalt preparation, surveying, traffic control, and application of the striping. Specific sections to be striped include:

- Wasatch Peaks Ranch Road Upper (9,486 LF)
- Wasatch Peaks Ranch Road Lower (15,995 LF)
- Peaksview Drive (5,478 LF)

The work must comply with UDOT Section 02765 specifications for pavement marking. Pricing must include costs for double yellow epoxy striping per road, glass bead pricing options, traffic control as needed, and surface cleaning preparation. Vendors are required to submit detailed pricing information separately.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to commence upon execution and is targeted for completion by August 2026.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed in Morgan County, Utah.
