Background
The Wasatch Front Waste and Recycling District is seeking financial advisory and planning services to enhance its operational efficiency and effectiveness. This procurement opportunity is being advertised as a courtesy posting, indicating that the Division of Purchasing is not the issuing or conducting procurement unit for this solicitation. Vendors are responsible for reviewing the entire solicitation document to comply with all requirements.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive financial advisory and planning services, which may include but are not limited to:

- Public administration and finance services including government auditing, program budgeting, tax collection, and public survey analytic services (Commodity Code 93150).
- Real estate management services including property management, appraisal and valuation services, real estate listing services, and consultant real estate financial advisory services (Commodity Code 80131).

The specific tasks will be detailed in the attached RFP document.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and will continue as specified in the RFP document. The submission deadline for responses is set for August 1, 2024, at 1:00 PM MDT.
