Warehouse - School, Office, and Art Supplies

Background
Granite School District (GSD) Purchasing is soliciting competitive pricing from qualified vendor(s) to provide school, office, and art supplies for their central warehouse. The historical pricing provided may not have been for the same quantity now being requested and may have been prior to or during the pandemic. The brand name and model number specified are not intended to be restrictive, and alternates equivalent in quality, design, and functionality may be submitted for consideration.
GSD reserves the right to an option to order more units within the next 12 months if requested and if the supplier agrees to hold its pricing. GSD also reserves the right to award to multiple vendors by line item if it is determined to be in the best interest of GSD.

Work Details
The contract involves providing a wide range of school, office, and art supplies including but not limited to composition notebooks, file/index cards, chalk, paper clips, desk supplies, writing instruments, print services, adhesives and sealants, signage and accessories, arts and crafts equipment and supplies, toys and games.
The bid form will multiply the per unit of measure (UOM) bid amount by the quantity listed to figure the line item total. The location for delivery is F.O.B. Destination to GSD Central Warehouse 340 West 3050 South, Salt Lake City, Utah 84115.
