Vending Services at TSOB

Background
The State of Utah Division of Purchasing is seeking vending services at the Taylorsville State Office Building (TSOB) located at 4315 S 2700 W, Taylorsville, UT 84129. Currently, vending services at TSOB are provided by the Office of Rehabilitation Business Enterprise Program through the State of Utah Department of Workforce Services, but these services are set to end around June 30, 2024.
TSOB has 4 levels with a total of 9 vending machines (4 food/snack and 5 beverage machines) and a micro market on the first floor.

Work Details
The contract is for vending services at TSOB, which includes providing vending machines for prepared food, snacks, beverages, and currency. The vending services and equipment must be capable of receiving credit card payments and must be PCI DSS compliant.
The vendor must have previous experience providing vending services and must complete a point-by-point response to all the technical criteria listed in Attachment C.
Additionally, the vendor is required to attend a mandatory pre-bid site visit on Thursday, June 20, 2024, at 3:30 PM Mountain Time at the Taylorsville State Office Building.

Period of Performance
The contract resulting from this RFP will be for five (5) years. If awarded, the vendor must begin services as soon as possible but no later than September 1, 2024.

The vending services are to be performed at the Taylorsville State Office Building located at 4315 S 2700 W, Taylorsville, UT 84129.
