Utah Immunization Information System (USIS)

Background
The state of Utah is seeking an ImmuCast 2.0 product that is compatible with the UDOH Utah Immunization Information System (USIIS). The Division of Purchasing is publishing a notice of intent to award a contract without engaging in a standard procurement process. The Conducting Procurement Unit has identified its justification for wanting to award a contract without engaging in standard procurement process.
If the procurement item identified in this notice is to be awarded as a sole source, then this notice will help determine if there are any other interested and qualified vendors that meet the specifications of this notice.

Work Details
The Commodity Codes include health care provider specialist services, information technology software and services, data services, internet services, software maintenance, and computer hardware maintenance. Vendors interested in responding to this notice must submit complete responses to all the information requested. Vendors contracting with the State must certify that they are not currently engaged in an 'economic boycott' nor a 'boycott of the State of Israel' as defined by Utah Code 63G-27-102.
