Utah Aspire Plus Assessment Study

Background
The Utah State Board of Education (USBE) has issued a Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSQ) to obtain statements of qualifications and quotes from companies or individuals interested in providing professional services for a Utah Aspire Plus Assessment study. The purpose of this solicitation is to evaluate the perceived and realized value of the Utah Aspire Plus assessment to students, parents, and educators, and to consider recommendations for improving student engagement with the assessment. The RFSQ is limited to a maximum contract value of $175,000.00, with a total budget amount for services set at $50,000.00.

Work Details
The work involves conducting an assessment study on the Utah Aspire Plus assessment, evaluating its value to students, parents, and educators, and providing recommendations for improving student engagement with the assessment. Vendors are required to review and respond to the Prerequisites, Buyer Attachments, and Questions sections of the RFSQ. The evaluation of Statements of Qualifications will be based on objective criteria outlined in the RFSQ.
