USBE - CHILD NUTRITION PROGRAM WEB (CNPweb) APPLICATION MAINTENANCE, DEVELOPMENT AND PROGRAM SUPPORT

Background
The Utah State Board of Education (USBE) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the purpose of entering into a contract with a qualified contractor to provide maintenance/service and future upgrades/modifications for ongoing Child Nutrition Program Web (CNPweb) needs and to support Utah State Board of Education (USBE) Child Nutrition Programs (CNP), including the Food Distribution Program (FDP). The anticipated starting date of any contract related to this solicitation is July 01, 2024.

Work Details
The contractor is expected to provide maintenance/service and future upgrades/modifications for ongoing Child Nutrition Program Web (CNPweb) needs and to support Utah State Board of Education (USBE) Child Nutrition Programs (CNP), including the Food Distribution Program (FDP). The contract resulting from this RFP will be for approximately TWO (2) years with up to three one-year renewals. The maximum contract budget is a total of $600,000.00 for the two (2) year contract period.

Period of Performance
The anticipated starting date of any contract related to this solicitation is July 01, 2024.
The contract resulting from this RFP will be for approximately TWO (2) years with up to three one-year renewals.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed in compliance with Sections 504 and 508 of the Rehabilitation Act and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA.
All deliverables and work completed under the contract that may be distributed to LEAs, schools, the public, or posted on the USBE website must be compliant with these regulations.
