UDOT SR-10 Right-of-Way Fence Removal and Replacement

Background
The Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) has issued an Invitation for Bids (IFB) for the SR-10 Right-of-Way Fence Removal and Replacement project. The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract with the lowest responsive and responsible bidder to provide construction services for right-of-way fence removal and replacement. The project is located on SR-10 RP 33 to 37. The contract will result in one contract award to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The UDOT Procurement Services Division is the issuing procurement unit and Region 4 is the conducting procurement unit for this IFB.

Work Details
The work to be completed includes construction services for right-of-way fence removal and replacement. A mandatory site visit is scheduled, and all work must be completed by September 30, 2024.
Bidders are required to review and respond to the Prerequisites, Buyer Attachments, Questions, and Items sections of the IFB. The proposed Scope of Work has been attached to the IFB, along with other documents such as specifications, maps, and a bid schedule.

Period of Performance
All work must be completed by September 30, 2024.

Place of Performance
The project is located on SR-10 RP 33 to 37. The mandatory site visit will take place at UDOT - Rock Creek Salt Shed (39° 9'43.28"N, 111° 4'15.33"W), which is located on the north side of SR-10 at MP 33.1, south of Castle Dale City and north of Clawson City.
