Background
The Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) to enter into a contract for cleaning services related to oil water separators, sumps, trenches, pits, and floor drains.
The goal is to ensure proper maintenance and disposal of oily wastewater, grit, sludge, and solids in Region 4. This contract aims to engage the lowest responsive and responsible bidder while adhering to the State of Utah Procurement Code.

Work Details
The contractor will provide services that include:
- Cleaning oil water separators, sumps, trenches, pits, and floor drains;
- Removal of oily wastewater;
- Transportation of waste;
- Disposal of grit, sludge, and solids.
The contract will be awarded based on the price per gallon of disposed waste material per location. All costs related to mobilization, labor, equipment, and other fees must be included in the price per gallon.

Period of Performance
The contract resulting from this IFB will be for a duration of five (5) years.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed in Region 4 as designated by UDOT.
