UDOT Cove Fort Canvas Roof Replacement

Background
The Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) to procure services for the replacement of the canvas roof at the Cove Fort Maintenance Station.
The goal of this contract is to ensure the integrity and functionality of the salt shed's roofing system, which is essential for maintaining UDOT's operational capabilities.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Remove & Dispose of Existing Roof - Lump Sum pricing required.
2. Repair damaged arch truss - Pricing per each, with an engineer's estimate of 2 trusses needing repair.
3. Install Canvas Roof - Pricing per square foot, with an engineer's estimate of 5400 square feet.
4. Remove and Replace Canvas Divider - Pricing per square foot, with an engineer's estimate of 860 square feet.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is expected to be completed within a specified timeframe as outlined in the bid submission.
